1957
Founder Mr. C.P. Huang established Hong Da Electrical Hardware, importing insulation materials from Japan.
1958
Established Manloy Trading Co., Ltd., importing insulation materials and electrical steel. As manufacturing emerged in Taiwan, demand for electrical steel surged. Manloy started importing electrical steel from Nippon Steel Corporation.
1976
Established a service center in Sanchong, Taiwan (Sanchong Plant) to provide additional customer service.
1992
A joint venture between Manloy Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation Ltd. (Metal One Corporation Ltd. since 2003) established Wenling Precision Steel Center Co., Ltd. in Taoyuan, Taiwan (Nankan Plant). Nippon Steel Corporation provided technical knowledge and experience to ensure quality control. In addition to slitting services, a GEORG cutting line was purchased to provide customers with core lamination sheets.

Manloy received the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2019 and was interviewed by CommonWealth Magazine.
2023
Manloy Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. transfers all operations of the electrical steel business to Legnano Teknoelectric Company Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.
2024
Manloy Trading Co., Ltd. returns to its roots as a trading company and consolidates all operations to its current location in Sanchong, Taiwan.
